Dr Jackson Lam was born and raised in Auburn-Lidcombe in western Sydney. He graduated with Bachelor of Medical Science at University of Sydney in 2011, and Doctor of Medicine at University of Melbourne in 2015. He completed residency at Nepean Hospital in Emergency Medicine and Plastic Surgery. He has specialisations in Mental Health, Paediatrics, Women's Health, Aboriginal Health. He has further training in Graduate Diploma in Child Health (Westmead Children's Hospital), CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Black Dog Institute), and is completing further training in Dermatology and Skin Cancer Medicine. He speaks Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese and is training in Japanese. He enjoys travel, film and photography.
