Our Fees

This practice Bulk Bills only patients with appointments and Medicare Cards, valid 8:00am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday, exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

This excludes:

Procedures (charged privately)
Pap Smears (charged privately from $95.05. Medicare Rebate, out of pocket expense minimum $20. Higher fees applies outside bulk billing hours and/or to Non-Medicare card holders)
Skin Cancer Checks (charged privately from $135.05. Medicare Rebate, out of pocket expense minimum $60. Higher fees applies outside bulk billing hours)
RHCA Medicare Cardholders (if your card says RHCA or 'Reciprocal Health' or 'Visitor')
Patients without Medicare Cover of any kind (e.g. International Visitors)
New patients who haven't brought their Medicare Cards
Visits covered by WorkCover

Antenatal Share Care Consult (charged privately)

These appointments must be paid for by the patient at the time of visit (cheques cannot be accepted)

Standard Consultation : $79 (Normal Hours), $91 (Saturday), $96 (Sunday and Public Holidays)
Long Consultation or Blood Collection : $115 (Normal Hours), $127 (Saturday), $132 (Sunday and Public Holidays)
Prolonged/Complex Consultation : $151 (Normal Hours), $162 (Saturday), $167 (Sunday and Public Holidays)
Pregnancy Test : + $15
Procedures (Instrument Charge) : + $40
Telephone Consultation minimum $79. If the consultation is longer than 15 minutes, further fee will apply. This will be $156 for up to 30 minutes and $244 for up to 45 minutes
Other Services : POA

Students-Gap Payment available: $20 Minimum with OSHC, walk-in and weekends attract higher fees. OSHC Insurance accepted for direct billing: AHM, Medibank and Allianz. Direct billing subjected to insurance ruling. For BUPA and NIB OSHC, we utilise HICAPS. Therefore, patient must have their physical insurance card when they visit the centre so HPMC can process their claim on the spot via HICAPS.

Medicare rebate is available for most privately charge consult if you hold a Medicare Card. However, rebate from Medicare is subjected to Medicare Ruling.

HPMC uses internet-based system, therefore we can lodge your claim to Medicare at the centre and have your rebate paid into your nominated account by Medicare within a few days.
